The advantages of baking soda are well known, and many are associated with our health. People use simple drinks made with baking soda to prevent diseases, to increase their energy, for their metabolism or any digestive problems. Baking soda is used in homemaking, beauty and cosmetics and for health. Mixed with other ingredients becomes more powerful.

  1. Baking soda as a preventive- The simplest use of baking soda is mixed with water. You mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with drinking water. You should drink this, an hour after making it, three times a day. This drink doesn’t cure any specific disease but serves as a preventive.
  2. Baking soda as an energy drink- Baking soda can help athletes and everyone during a workout. To prepare this drink your need 7 glasses of heated coconut water. Add a teaspoon of baking soda. In addition you can put ½ cup of lemon juice, ¼ cup of honey and ½ cup of sea salt. Put this drink In a glass jar and keep it in the fridge. Use it during a workout. Can last a week.
  3. Baking soda and green tea for a faster metabolism-A faster metabolism can reduce your weight. You can prepare this drink by adding ¼ tablespoon in an already made green tea and drink it every day, best in the morning.
  4. Baking soda for digestive problems-Mix ¼ tablespoon baking soda with 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it when needed.
